The charger transformer helps you to recharge your batteries. It does so by converting alternating current (AC) into direct current (DC). It is located in the Adaptor of the mobile charger. You should not use charger adaptors different from the one recommended by the manufacturer as it could seriously damage your instrument. Costs around Rs.350 onwards
